Famous for New York City favorites like piled-high hot pastrami and chicken soup, Brooklyn Diner's newest offerings are adding a fun spin on their traditional menu at both locations. The Lobster Grilled Cheese melts cheddar, Gruyere and Parmesan cheese with fresh chunks of lobster meat. Not only is there stretchy melted cheese inside, but the bread is also covered in a crispy cheese crust. This gourmet sandwich is served with a tin of crispy French fries. And while you're already indulging, take a bite into another new menu item, like Braised Short Rib on a Long Bun (Bibb lettuce, caramelized onions, root vegetable slaw).
