A little after 6:30 p.m., she says a man grabbed her and tried to sexually assault her, but the woman had pepper spray on her which she used on the attacker before running off and calling police.

She was taken to an area hospital where she was treated for minor injuries and released.

The attack happened in Grove # 4 of Busse Woods just north of Higgins Road.

According to police, the offender is described as described as male, white in his early 30s. He's approximately 6-feet to 6-feet 3-inches tall and clean shaven. He wore a black hooded sweatshirt and gray sweatpants.

CBS 2's Brad Edwards spoke with Laura Feder, who goes jogging in Busse Woods.

"It scares me," she said. "I am a little shaken up because…to me, this is like a park so there's always a lot of people here…always felt like it was kind of safe. I don't even have pepper spray."
