Halloween Information & Township Curfew Guide

Pennsylvania

Philadelphia: Children under 12 must be indoors by 9 p.m.

Norristown: Curfew is midnight to 6:00 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays for minors.

Aston: Curfew is 9pm to sunrise for youths under 18 from October 30th to November 2nd.

Haverford: Curfew is midnight for those under 18.

Conshohocken: The curfew is midnight for minors.

West Chester: The curfew is midnight for minors.

Ridley: The curfew is 10:30 p.m. for minors.

Springfield: The curfew is midnight for minors.

Media: The curfew for minors is 10:00 p.m.

New Jersey

Burlington Township: Curfew is 10 p.m. for minors on October 28th-November 2nd.

Gloucester Township: Trick-or-treat times are 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Mt. Laurel: 9 p.m. is the curfew for all residents under 18 on October 30th and 31st.

Eastampton Township: Curfew for minors is 8 p.m. from October 28th-November 2nd.

Monroe Township: Trick or Treating is October 31st from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Washington Township: Strict 9:00 p.m. curfew enforced on October 30th & 31st

Glassboro Township: Curfew is 8 p.m. on October 29th, 30th, and 31st. Trick or treat hours are 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Maple Shade: Curfew is 8pm on October 30th, and 9pm on October 31st for minors under 17.

Moorestown: Curfew is 8:30 p.m. October 30 and at 10:00 p.m. on October 31st.

Evesham Township: Curfew is 10 p.m..

Hammonton: Curfew is 9:30 p.m. for minors.

Deptford Township: Curfew is 8 p.m. on October 30th. Trick-or-treating is from 3 p.m. - 8 p.m.

Mantua: For minors under 17, curfew is 8pm on October 30th and October 31st. Trick-Or-Treating will be from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Camden: Curfew is 10:00 p.m. for everyone under 18.

Pennsauken: On October 29th, 30th, and 31st, curfew is 8pm for minors under 16.

Haddonfield: Trick or treat is 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Atlantic City: Curfew is 10:00 p.m. for minors.

Cape May: Curfew is 11:00 p.m. for minors.

Upper Township: Trick or treating will be held from 5:00 p.m. till 8:00 p.m.

Lower Township: Curfew for minors under 14 years of age is 10:00 p.m.

Delaware

Wilmington: Curfew is 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday for ages 12 years & younger, 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday

New Castle: Curfew is midnight for those under 18.
