Health: When Is The Best Time To Drink Coffee?

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Can't manage mornings without an immediate jolt of caffeine?

A new study says drinking coffee right when you wake up is actually counter-productive.

When is the best time to sip that java?

Scientists recommend you wait about an hour after you wake up, and they say the same rules apply even if you have an odd schedule.
