School may be out for the summer, but knowing how to choose the best learning options for our children is a year-round undertaking.

Since 2002,  "Step Up For Students" has awarded more than 400-thousand scholarships across Florida.

"Step Up" helps administer two types of scholarships that serve low income students and those with special needs.

We focus on how parents can apply for them and meet a mother and son who know well how this opportunity can make a world of difference.
