Hot dogs are a signature American food item, and one of the great things about them is that you can dress them up in all sorts of ways. Dogzilla has a couple classics: The Plain Jane and the ballpark dog, which is topped with chili cheese and onions. It also has some less common hot dogs like the Furi dog, which is topped with Japanese mayo and nori strips among other things. Another hot dog is topped with spam, gravy, an egg, nori, shallots and onions. You won't find a hot dog like this anywhere else. Click here to view the Dogzilla schedule.

A great food truck can take an existing food item and improve it by putting its own twist on it. Ice cream sandwiches are good, but they're even better when the ice cream is sandwiched between two warm cookies. That is exactly what is served on the Chunk-n-Chip truck. It's like your dream childhood food made reality. Take The Elvis, for example. It's bananas Foster on a sandwich of peanut butter cookies and topped with bacon. That's just one of many amazing sandwiches (called Boo-Yahs) available on this truck. You can also design your own with the ice cream and cookies of your choice.
