Sports Rehab: Bill Ripken Talks Orioles Baseball
MLB Network analyst Bill Ripken joined Sports Rehab to discuss the prospects of the Orioles heading into the 2015 season.
As the Orioles wind down the Grapefruit League schedule in Florida, the Orioles are now looking at some moves that will fill out the roster when the team comes north to begin the year. One of the big questions is will Kevin Gausman be apart of the starting rotation. Gausman spent most of the 2014 regular season between Baltimore and Triple-A Norfolk posting a 7-7 record and a 3.57 ERA. The 24 year old right hander excelled in the bullpen during the teams run to the ALCS pitching to a 1.13 ERA.
"These things have a way of working itself out" said Ripken. "Sooner or later the cream rises to the top and I think Gausman will be where he'll needs to be."
