Popular Baby Food Recalled After Glass Found Inside Jar
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Scary news for parents.
Baby food maker Beech-Nut is recalling almost 2,000 lbs of Stage Two Classics sweet potato and chicken products.
Those foods could contain small pieces of glass and have an expiration date of December 2016.
So far, at least one baby has been injured and safety officials say the risk of another child being hurt is high.
