Proprietors Mack, Jackson and Manny (that's two dogs and a cat) opened the bakery in November of 2008 with a little help from their owner/father who had a lot of experience from his environmental career. The store offers monthly and internet specials (10 percent off for signing up for email notifications and a Treat of the Month Club), as well as occasional in-store photo events.
