Boston's Best Mixologist Bars

Craft cocktails have grown in popularity in Boston over the past couple of years. In this traditional beer-lover's city, mixology has gained ground and has made high-end bars a fun choice for young professionals. Mixology focuses on combinations of flavors, high quality ingredients, and classic spirits to create unique cocktails. These bars are great for adventurous drinkers and people who are ready to graduate from old standards.

Drink is well known as Boston's top mixologist bar. The bar focuses on the experience of taste and living in the moment by removing distractions like TVs and mirrors that are common in many other bars. There is no menu at Drink. Instead, patrons tell their bartenders what tastes they like, and the bartenders will tailor-make a drink just for them. Now that is what mixology is all about!

Plus, the mixologists on staff are happy to invent something for you if the menu items aren't exactly what you would like. Tavern Road also boasts a great beer list featuring some local, organic choices and craft beer-lover's favorites from around New England.
