While all of the menu items at Wolfgang Puck's WP24 reflect his passion for food from the Far East, one dish tells the story of his commitment to tradition Chinese cooking methods. Long known for his duck dishes, the kitchen at WP24 was built to be able to accomplish in house the entire three-day process it takes to make Peking Duck that is served with house make buns, sauces, and condiments. The menu also features dumplings, seafood dishes, and kobe beef all served in a dining room with sweeping city views.

Walking into the Bohemian inspired dining at Cleo in the Redbury Hotel immediately sets the scene for a nenorable meal. At the table the server may suggest diners take a pencil and order by circling several Middle Eastern menu items including small mezze plates, skewers, and main dishes meant to be shared with the table.
