Italian Cuisine is offered with an extensive menu featuring torta salata, fettuccine pasta with carbonnara sauce, chicken cacciatore, breaded pork chops and tiramisu. Pizza Pizazz gives at-home chefs tips on creating a variety of pizzas including proscuitto and mozzarella cheese, grilled vegetables with creme fraiche and tomato sauce and a grilled shrimp and roasted eggplant with bell pepper puree. "An Italian Affair" at EATZ cooking school will transport your taste buds to Italy. Open to all skill levels, EATZ gives its students tricks of the trade and the confidence to go home and whip up these delicious Italian dishes on their own. The class features an extensive menu — learn to make rosemary focaccia bread (from scratch), mussels in white wine and saffron broth, wild mushroom and red wine risotto, and for dessert Cointreau tiramisu served with strawberries.
