Democratic lawmakers in Texas have fled the state in an effort to block a vote on a new congressional map that would favor Republicans. Gov. Greg Abbott has threatened the removal of lawmakers who don't return to the state by Monday afternoon. CBS News political director Fin Gómez reports.
