Coldplay, Bruno Mars & Beyonce Rock The Super Bowl 50 Halftime Show

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- There was no shortage of star power on the field at Super Bowl 50 Halftime. Coldplay headlined the show and was joined first by Bruno Mars and then the Queen herself, Beyonce.

Coldplay opened the show with their hit, "Viva la Vida." They also played "Paradise," and "Adventure of a Lifetime."

The band then took a breather while Bruno Mars hit the stage for a heart-pounding rendition of his hit, "Uptown Funk."

Despite not be headliner, Beyonce took the field and performed her new song, "Formation."

All three acts then came together on the stage to perform "Uptown Funk," before Coldplay performed as a video montage of past performers were shown to honor Super Bowl halftimes of the past.

Following the performance, Beyonce announce her upcoming tour which includes a stop at Lincoln Financial Field in June.
