State Of The State Postponed Due To Snow Storm

BOSTON (CBS/AP) — Gov. Deval Patrick has postponed his final State of the State address.

The Democratic governor was planning on presenting the agenda for his last year in office on Tuesday.

He's expected to submit his budget blueprint to the Legislature on Wednesday.

The governor briefed reporters on storm preparations Tuesday afternoon.

Patrick's office did not immediately say when the State of the State would be moved to.

Snow is expected to begin during the evening Tuesday and last through Wednesday morning's commute.
