Fight In Frisco Could Lead To 2nd-Degree Murder Charges

FRISCO, Colo. (AP) - The Summit County district attorney's office says a 42-year-old Michigan man could face second-degree murder and assault charges in a death that apparently followed a fight at Frisco motel.

Prosecutors say Charles Lee Sattler of Oxford, Mich., was advised of the possible charges in court Tuesday. Sattler, who was represented by a public defender, is being held in the county jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.

The victim, 38-year-old Blake Bostic, was found at the motel early Monday and died later at a hospital. Sattler was arrested soon after.

The coroner's office says Bostic died of closed head and neck injuries from blunt force trauma consistent with a fight.

DA's spokeswoman Jill Sarmo says it's the first major crime in years in Frisco, a town close to several ski resorts.
