Video: The Greatest Goals In Flyers Playoff History

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The Flyers open the 2014 Stanley Cup Playoffs tonight in Madison Square Garden against the New York Rangers. Here are the best playoff goals in Flyers history, to get you pumped for tonight's game.

Keith Primeau ties game 6 of the 2004 Eastern Conference Finals against the Tampla Bay Lightning at 4, Simon Gagne wins it in OT. The Flyers would go on to lose game 7 in Tampa Bay, 2-1.

Jeremy Roenick beats the Toronto Maple Leafs in OT of game 6 of the 2004 semi-finals, eliminating the Maple Leafs and advancing the Flyers to the Eastern Conference Finals. The Flyers would eventually lose in game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

Keith Primeau beats the Penguins in FIVE OT's in game 4 of the 2000 Eastern Confernce Semi-Finals, tying the series at two. The Flyers would go on to win the series in six games, but lose in the ECF to the Devils.

Ron Hextall becomes first goalie in NHL history to score a playoff goal, as the Flyers beat the Capitals 8-5 in game 5 of the 1989 Patrick Division Semi-finals. The Flyers would go on to the Wales Conference Finals, but lost to the Montreal Canadiens in six games.

Eric Lindros rockets a backhander top shelf with :07 left in regulation to beat the Rangers in Madison Square Garden, in game 4 of the 1997 Eastern Conference Finals. The Flyers took a 3-1 series lead and won the series in five games before being swept by the Red Wings in the Stanley Cup Finals.

Simon Gagne scores the go-ahead goal to give the Flyers a 4-3 lead over the Bruins in game 7 of the 2010 Eastern Conference Semi-finals, after coming back from a three game deficit in the series. The Flyers would go on to reach the Stanley Cup Finals, losing to the Blackhawks in six games.
