Philly's 'Real World' House On The Market For Millions

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Once, it was home to the true story of seven strangers picked to live in a house.

Currently, it's up for sale.

Philadelphia's "Real World" house is on the market for a cool $4.3 million.

The structure, which was built in 1902, once housed the Girard Corn Exchange Bank before playing home to the cast of MTV's "Real World" in 2004. After the show, it became Trust, an event space and art gallery.

According to MSC Retail, the former "Real World" house is "suitable for a variety of uses, including retail, office and event space" and has CMX-3 zoning.

Here's the listing.
