Sexual Abuse Lawsuit Dropped Against Former Disney TV Exec
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A civil lawsuit has been dropped against a former Disney TV executive accused of sexual assault.
The charges were dismissed Wednesday in a Hawaii court against David Neuman.
Michael Egan initially filed lawsuits against Neuman, Bryan Singer, Garth Ancier and Gary Goddard in April.
Egan, 31, said he was sexually abused as a teen while attending parties as part of a Hollywood sex ring that gave young men alcohol and drugs and promised them acting roles.
Neuman filed a motion in May, asking for the case to be dismissed.
In the motion, he included a document from a different case in 2003 where Egan stated Neuman never acted improperly toward him.
Cases are still pending against the other three men.
