From counter service "fast food" restaurants to sit down options and fine dining, nearly every restaurant in the parks and hotels offer gluten free options including breads, gluten-free sauces, and more, although they are often not listed on the menu. The chefs in most sit down restaurants can often prepare your selections in special allergen free areas to avoid cross-contamination.
