Suspect In Home Invasion Rape Arrested
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A man has been arrested and charged after police say he broke into a 29-year-old Baltimore woman's home and raped her.
It happened at a house in the 1300 block of N. Woodington Road on July 15.
He has been identified as 19-year-old Jamal Simms of the 700 block of Edgewood Street.
Simms was arrested Tuesday in the 2100 block of Guilford Avenue. He has been charged with first degree rape. He remains in Central Booking and is being held without bail.
