Police: 2 More Baltimore Cop Impersonators Arrested

BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Two more suspects have turned themselves in after being accused of impersonating police officers and robbing motorists on two occasions last week, Baltimore Police say.

Phillip Tillman, 23, of the 3700 block of Park Heights Avenue, and 18-year-old Montez Wilson, of the 2300 block of Annapolis Road, surrendered themselves at the Southwest District police station Tuesday night.

Two other men, 25-year-old John Waters and 21-year-old Devin Moore, had already been arrested in the case.

Authorities say the four men, driving in a gray Dodge Caliber and wearing tactical vests with the word "AGENT" written on them, stopped a car on the 1300 block of Ramsey Street on August 19, searched it and robbed the driver of nearly $400.

The next morning, police say they offered to help a driver with a blown-out tire just outside of M&T Bank Stadium when they stole the victim's money and cell phone.

Police remind residents that real officers wear badges on their vests and have police I.D.
