Delaware Students Can Now Use Marijuana Oil At School

DOVER, De. (CBS) -- In Delaware, children with medical conditions can now be treated with marijuana oil while at school.

Governor Jack Markell signed that bill on Wednesday.

In the past, students taking marijuana oil would have to stay at home.

This bill also allows designated caregivers to possess and administer the oil to children on school grounds.
