Colin Kaepernick Wears Socks With Cops As Pigs

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- As if Colin Kaepernick didn't upset enough people with his decision to sit during the National Anthem last week, now it appears he has been wearing socks that depict cops as pigs.

According to CBSSports, Kaepernick has been wearing the socks since at least August 10th.

Kaepernick's refusal to standing during the National Anthem last Friday created a national controversy.

This is not something that I am going to run by anybody," Kaepernick said last week. "I am not looking for approval. I have to stand up for people that are oppressed. … If they take football away, my endorsements from me, I know that I stood up for what is right."
