Man Killed In Anaheim Stabbing

ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — Homicide detectives Thursday investigated the circumstances surrounding the stabbing death of a man in Anaheim.

The stabbing was reported just before 2 a.m. in the 900 block of Euclid Street, according to police.

Upon their arrival, officers located an unresponsive man suffering from apparent stab wounds.

Paramedics pronounced the man dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending family notification.

Detectives described the suspect as a Hispanic man who is believed to be between 20 and 40 years old.

The suspect was last seen fleeing from the scene on foot.

The motive for the stabbing remains under investigation.
