Located in the lobby of Albion Hotel, Repour Bar is a cocktail bar that offers hand-crafted cocktails that feature garden fresh herbs and a variety of seasonal ingredients. Be sure to "like" their Facebook page for updates on specials and happenings at the bar. Owner Isaac Grillo is the creative mind behind these two unique cocktails. The lighter version of the Coquito (below) makes it an easier drink to make, but still tasty and guaranteed to impress any house guest.
Coquito
- 3/4 oz. lemon juice
- 3/4 oz. cinnamon simple syrup
- 1.5 oz. coconut water
- 1.5 oz. Afrohead Premium Dark Aged Rum
- 1 egg white
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously to incorporate egg white.
- Top with grated nutmeg.
- 1 part Tullamore D.E.W. Original
- .5 parts simple syrup
- .5 parts fresh lemon juice
- 3 parts hot water
Directions:
- Warm a mug with hot water, then discard and combine ingredients above.
- Stir before serving.
- Add fresh ginger for a bit of bite.
- Another option is also to infuse the simple syrup with some festive flavors, like cinnamon and orange or apple and ginger.

Miami Beach's first classic cocktail bar, Regent Cocktail Club, is located inside the Gale South Beach. Its name pays homage to the historic space which was previously known as The Regent. He shares these two unique cocktail recipes that are among his favorite.
- 2 parts Milagro Silver
- 1 part fresh ruby grapefruit
- 3/4 part Agave Nectar
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 1 capsule Activated Charcoal
- 3 parts top with club soda
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and stir, except charcoal.
- Garnish: Grapefruit peel & charcoal and kosher salt rim.
- 3 parts Hendrick's Gin
- 2 parts fresh lemon juice
- 2 parts simple syrup
- 4 parts cinnamon spiced tea
- 2 parts sparkling water
- Angostura bitters to taste
Directions:
- Combine ingredients and stir.
- Garnish: cucumber wheels and lemon wheels.
