The whole fish supply is given to her master fileter who does all of the cutting on the premises, never keeping any fish in the restaurant for more than 24 hours. It is served the same day it is brought in. Chef Jordan bumps it up a notch on classics such as fish and chips which are beer battered, fried and served with French fries, creamy coleslaw and her housemade tartar sauce. The interesting selection of sandwiches does not disappoint either -- the lobster roll sandwich, blackened mahi mahi sandwich and Asian-style grilled salmon wrap are all great options.
