Free Skin Cancer Screenings Were Being Offered At Dilworth Park
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Free skin cancer screenings were being offered outside city hall Tuesday.
The Skin Cancer Foundation's Destination: Health Skin RV tour rolled in to Philly at Dilworth Park, with an air conditioned screening room inside.
Kyle Becther from Levittown was about to get checked.
"I am a little nervous I hope to hear nothing but good news, but it could be a little worrisome knowing I'm in the sun as much as I am," he said.

Screenings typically take 1 to 3 minutes.
"I did have to take off my clothes but it was all for a good cause and especially when you hear the doctor say your all clear there is nothing suspicious to worry about, he said.
Dr. Stephen Hess is with center city dermatology, and he says every one should get a screening.
"Anybody can get skin cancer any color, any skin type, any skin color, any race," he said.
More than 2 million people are diagnosed with skin cancer annually. It's the most common form of cancer in the United States.
