Police: 2-Year-Old Girl Nearly Drowns At YMCA
BERWYN, Pa. (CBS) -- A 2-year-old girl nearly drowned at a YMCA in Chester County on Tuesday afternoon.
Eastown police says first responders were dispatched to the Upper Main Line YMCA at 1416 Berwyn Paoli Road around 2:30 p.m. for a possible drowning.
Police say the young girl was found by lifeguards in the kids pool. The lifeguards performed CPR and revived the girl
The girl was awake and alert and was transported to Paoli Memorial Hospital as a precaution.
The young girl is expected to be OK.
