At Home With Senate Candidate Elizabeth Warren
CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – WBZ-TV's Lisa Hughes interviewed Elizabeth Warren about the Senate race. Although it is her first campaign, she says it is an extension of the work she's been doing for years.
Warren says, "If we don't make some changes in Washington and make 'em fast America's middle class, America's working families, they're going down."

Her family consists of her husband, Bruce Mann, two children Alex and Amelia, her three grandchildren and their dog 12 year-old Otis.
Until a year ago, Warren was best known as a Harvard professor, lawyer and consumer advocate who chaired the financial bailout oversight panel and helped create the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
Now, she's in the tightest Senate race in the country.
She says the best campaign advice she received is that, "if you don't try you'll lose."
Her and Bruce met at a law conference in Florida
Was it love at first sight? "Oh for me it was," says Bruce. "It took Elizabeth a couple of days."
They've been married for 32 years.
Nothing would make Warren happier now than becoming the first female senator from Massachusetts. She says the biggest problem with Washington is the lobbyists and the influence they wield.
Lisa Hughes also interviewed Senator Scott Brown and his family at their home in Wrentham.
