1 Dead In Fire On Upper East Side

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) - At least one person - a woman - has died after a fire on the Upper East Side Friday.

According to the FDNY, the fire started just after 5:30 a.m. at 92nd Street and First Avenue.

The fire was on the third floor of a mixed use building.

There's no word of any other injuries.

The fire was placed under control by 6:15 a.m.
